The resolution contract

Fixed when the question was written — what happens is checked against this, not against vibes. Ambiguous? It resolves N/A and everyone is refunded.

Resolution criteria: Compare weapon-category structure to GTA 5's 8-slot wheel. "Entirely new inventory system" requires abandoning the radial wheel for a different paradigm (e.g. limited-carry loadout). Otherwise count categories vs GTA 5.
