Resolution criteria: Count distinct ownable businesses/passive-income properties in single-player at launch (as GTA 5 had e.g. the golf club, taxi firm, etc.). Cosmetic-only property purchases don't count as "businesses"; income-generating or activity-unlocking ones do.
Source of truth: In-game verification, moderator census.
Resolves: Within 4 weeks of launch.
