The resolution contract
Fixed when the question was written — what happens is checked against this, not against vibes. Ambiguous? It resolves N/A and everyone is refunded.
- Resolution criteria
- Count distinct ownable businesses/passive-income properties in single-player at launch (as GTA 5 had e.g. the golf club, taxi firm, etc.). Cosmetic-only property purchases don't count as "businesses"; income-generating or activity-unlocking ones do.

- In-game verification, moderator census.

- Within 4 weeks of launch.

- A borderline case would change the bucket and can't be adjudicated.

How payouts work
Parimutuel: all stakes pool together. When the question resolves, winners get their stake back plus a share of the losers’ points, proportional to stake weight. No house, no odds-setting — the crowd IS the odds.
