The resolution contract

Fixed when the question was written — what happens is checked against this, not against vibes. Ambiguous? It resolves N/A and everyone is refunded.

Resolution criteria: YES if the PC release includes Denuvo or an equivalent named third-party anti-tamper DRM at its launch, per storefront disclosure / verified detection. Rockstar's own launcher alone doesn't count as third-party DRM.
Source of truth: Storefront DRM disclosure; council-verified detection.
Resolves: On PC release (see BM-07); locks with the PC launch.
N/A (refund) if: No PC version releases within the resolution window (question voids with refund).
