The resolution contract

Fixed when the question was written — what happens is checked against this, not against vibes. Ambiguous? It resolves N/A and everyone is refunded.

Resolution criteria: YES if, by end of console launch day (Nov 19 ET), Rockstar has officially confirmed a PC version with at least a stated window (e.g. "2027") or date. Vague "we love PC" statements without commitment resolve NO.
Source of truth: Official Rockstar announcement.
Resolves: Launch day 23:59 ET.
Resolution deadline: Nov 20, 2026
