The resolution contract

Resolution criteria: Compute (critic Metascore) − (user score ×10) for the lead console SKU at launch+14. Bucket by the gap. Negative/zero gap → first bucket.
Source of truth: Metacritic snapshot at launch + 14 days.
Resolves: Launch + 14 days.
N/A (refund) if: User score has < 100 ratings at snapshot (too thin to be meaningful).

How payouts work
